• Kolletivo is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
• Kolletivo may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.
- No Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolletivo makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Directory Listings and Baseline Orientation
• Kolletivo lists brands that appear to present themselves as aligned with our baseline across their full product range, based on publicly available information and/or brand-provided details.
• Kolletivo does not independently confirm or test product claims, and does not provide any guarantee that any brand or product meets any standard at any time.
• Brands with even one product outside our baseline are excluded as a directory preference. This is a platform orientation, not a guarantee or analysis by Kolletivo.
• Visitors remain responsible for confirming product details directly with brands before making decisions.
- External Links and Third-Party Content
• Kolletivo may link to third-party websites and may display third-party statements, descriptions, and images.
• Third-party sites operate independently from Kolletivo. Kolletivo has no control over and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, products, services, pricing, availability, security, or conduct.
• Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
- Intellectual Property; Third-Party Trademarks; Directory Use
• Kolletivo content (including text layout, site design elements, and original written content) is owned by Kolletivo or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
• Brand names, logos, trademarks, and images shown on Kolletivo belong to their respective owners.
• Kolletivo displays third-party brand identifiers for informational directory and identification purposes.
- Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, or copy/scrape content at scale in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolletivo will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the platform, third-party content, external links, or any reaction or outcome connected to third-party products.
- Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kolletivo from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any third-party rights.
- Takedown / Updates (Brand Owner Requests)
If you are a brand owner (or authorized representative) and want your listing updated or removed, contact kolletivo.official@gmail.com. Requests are processed sequentially as soon as possible.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
To keep legal matters straightforward, these Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to the platform will be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be initiated exclusively in our competent local courts.
